Biden's Homebuying Assistance Proposals

Currently, the Biden administration is pushing forth two separate bills through legislation to be voted on. They are the Downpayment Towards Equity Act and First Time Homebuyer Act, both of which have no officially assigned bill number. Since its still very early on in the process, the terms and conditions of these bills are subject to change. Please follow along as the administration and both chambers of congress work towards an agreeable solution for these assistance programs. Who knows, you may one day qualify!
