MY STORY

Phillip Bannavong

As a first generation Laotian-American and lifelong local to the Pacific Northwest, I had the privilege of establishing my roots in the Greater Seattle area. Throughout the years, I've witnessed the transformation
of our cities through a multicultural lens and this has allowed me to develop personal relationships from all walks of life in our local communities.

After graduating from the University of Washington with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, I obtained a career as a project engineer at the federal level. While there, my work varied from small local business contracts to overseas with million dollar projects in places like Guam.

With roughly a decade of experience and networking, I knew that I could transfer my skills to a career in real estate and help demystify the technical aspects of property ownership. Whether you are on the market for a flip, remodel or first home purchase, I aim to provide my clients with an easy-to-digest approach for a seamless experience.

During my downtime, you can catch me scuba diving during crabbing season, snowboarding at Crystal Mountain or working on some side projects with my friends as a web developer.
